Best Practices for Great AI Twin Content

Your AI Twin is only as good as the knowledge you give it. The good news: getting great results is simple, and you do not need any technical skill. Follow these tips and your twin will give sharp, accurate, helpful answers.

1. Add One Topic Per Entry

This is the single most important tip. Instead of putting everything into one big document, break your knowledge into focused pieces by topic. For example, add separate entries for your pricing, your services, your returns or refund policy, your FAQs, and your background. When each entry covers one clear topic, your twin can find the right answer quickly and accurately. One giant mixed document makes it harder for your twin to know which part answers a question.

2. Write the Way You Would Talk to a Customer

You do not need formal or fancy language. Write the way you would actually explain something to a customer. Clear, simple, and direct works best. If you already answer the same questions over and over by email or in person, those answers are perfect content. Just paste them in.

3. Put the Important Information First

When writing an entry, lead with the key facts. If someone asks about your pricing, the price should be near the top, not buried in a long paragraph. Clear, upfront information helps your twin give clear, upfront answers.

4. Keep It Accurate and Current

Your twin answers from what you give it, so make sure your content is correct and up to date. If your prices or policies change, update your content and train your twin again. Old, wrong information leads to old, wrong answers.

5. Use Headings and Short Paragraphs

Break your content into short sections with clear headings. A wall of text is harder to work with than well organised, scannable content. Headings and short paragraphs help your twin understand the structure of your knowledge.

6. Add More Any Time, Safely

You can keep adding content as your business grows. Adding new files or pasted text does not erase what you trained before. Your existing knowledge stays in place, and new content is simply added to it. So start with what you have, and build from there. Your earlier content is only removed if you choose to clear it yourself using the Flush option in the Danger Zone.

7. Start Small, Then Improve

You do not need everything perfect on day one. Start with a few key pieces of content, test your twin by chatting with it, and see how it answers. If something is missing or unclear, add more content and train again. Your twin gets better as your content does.

A Quick Checklist

Before you train your twin, ask yourself: Is my content broken into focused topics? Is it written clearly, the way I would explain it to a customer? Is the important information near the top? Is everything accurate and current? If yes, you are ready. Add your content, click Train AI, and test it out.
