What is MyAIConsent?
MyAIConsent lets you build an AI chatbot (an "AI Twin") trained on your own content. It answers questions based on what you upload, captures leads, and can be embedded on your website or shared with a link. By the way, the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of this page is one of these twins, built on this very platform. Try asking it anything.
Who is it for?
Anyone who wants an AI assistant that speaks for their business or expertise: consultants, small businesses, course creators, support teams, and subject matter experts.
Do I need technical skills?
No. You upload your content, the platform trains your twin, and you embed it with a single line of code. No coding required.
Using Your AI Twin
What can I train my twin on?
You can upload PDFs, Word documents, text files, and markdown. Your twin learns from these and answers based only on that content.
Will my twin make things up?
No. Your twin answers from your uploaded content only. Ask it something outside that content and it will say it does not know, rather than inventing an answer. This keeps it accurate and on-brand.
Can it capture leads?
Yes. Your twin can collect a visitor's name, email, and phone number during a conversation and notify you, turning website visitors into leads.
What languages does it support?
English, plus Indian languages including Hindi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, and Bengali through the Sarvam-powered tier.
Can I put it on my website?
Yes. Every twin comes with an embeddable widget you can add to any site with one line of code, or share as a direct link.
How do I add my content to a twin?
You have two easy ways, and you can use both. You can paste your text directly using the "Paste text" option on the twin setup page, which is the simplest way and needs no file. Or you can upload a file (Word document, PDF, plain text, or Markdown). Pasting is great for typing answers or copying text from your website. Uploading is great when your knowledge is already in a document.
Can I add more content later, or will it replace what I already trained?
You can add more content any time, and it is added to your twin's existing knowledge. Adding new files or pasted text does not erase or replace what you trained before. Your existing knowledge stays in place, and the new content is simply added to it. Your earlier content is only removed if you choose to clear it yourself using the Flush option in the Danger Zone.
What file formats can I upload?
Word documents (DOCX), PDFs, plain text (TXT), and Markdown (MD). For PDFs, text-based files work best, so avoid scanned image PDFs. The maximum file size is 15MB per file, with no limit on the number of files.
Do you support languages other than English?
Yes. Twins on the Sarvam model support Indian languages including Hindi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, and Bengali, alongside English. You can paste or upload content in these languages.
How do I get the best results from my twin?

Billing and Subscriptions
How much does it cost?
Each AI Twin is a separate monthly subscription, priced by the AI model you choose: from $1.99/month (Sarvam), $9.99/month (Claude Haiku), and $19.99/month (Claude Sonnet). You only pay for the twins you create.
When am I charged?
You are charged when you create a twin, then monthly on the same date. Each twin bills independently.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel any twin from your dashboard whenever you like. Your twin stays active until the end of your current paid period, and you will not be charged again after that.
Do you offer refunds?
Subscriptions are non-refundable for partial periods, but you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
How do I update my card or view billing history?
Through your secure billing portal, accessible from your account. You can update payment details, view invoices, and manage subscriptions there.
Do I get a receipt?
Yes. You will receive a receipt by email for every successful payment.
How does billing work?
Each AI Twin is its own separate subscription, billed monthly. You can create as many twins as you like, and each one is priced on its own based on the model you choose for it.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
You can cancel any twin at any time from your account. When you cancel, your twin stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again after that. We do not offer refunds for time already paid, since you keep full access until the paid period ends. The one exception is if we are unable to deliver the service we promised, in which case we will make it right with a refund.
Data and Trust
Is my content used to train other AI models?
No. Your content trains only your own twin. I never use it to train third-party models or share it with anyone. MyAIConsent is built consent-first: your content stays yours. See my Privacy Policy for details.
What happens to my files after I upload them?
Your files are securely deleted from the servers right after your twin is trained. Only the AI knowledge and basic metadata, like the filename, are kept.
Is my data secure?
Yes. The platform uses TLS/HTTPS encryption, secure password hashing, two-factor authentication, and strict access controls.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Delete individual files or an entire twin anytime from your dashboard, or email support@myaiconsent.app to delete your whole account.
